Ela & Glo respects your privacy. All the information that you share with us on this site is kept confidential and it is never shared with third parties.  We never store your credit card information and for your convenience, we offer you the option of checking out via Paypal.  If you have chosen to receive our newsletter at checkout, you will occasionally receive promotional emails featuring our latest products, promotions and events.  You may easily opt out of our newsletter by clicking on the link present in any of such communications.  We would be sad to see you go though. 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer you a return or an exchange within 30 days of the original ship date. All packages must be sent prepaid. We will not accept COD's. Sale items are not returnable/exchangeable.


Please note:

- Items must be returned in a new, unused condition and be in their original packaging, with all tags attached

- Monogrammed and personalized items are custom made for you and are not returnable or exchangeable

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- For free shipping offers, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund 

- A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the day of processing

- All sales become final 30 days after you receive the item(s)

- We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements

- Exchanges are subject to merchandise availability, if the merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed

 

It is recommend that you get a tracking number from the carrier of your choice, so you can ensure delivery of your returned/exchanged items. Ela & Glo is not responsible for missing packages. Return/exchanges shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise.  We will notify you via email when your return/exchange is processed.
