Domestic Orders/Standard Delivery

Most in-stock items ship using USPS or UPS within 48 hours of ordering. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or on a U.S. national holiday will ship the next business day. Your purchase will arrive within three to ten business days from the ship date. Note that items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. In the event of a delay, we will promptly notify you by email.

Domestic Orders/Rush Delivery

For your convenience we also offer:

- 3 day rush delivery for a flat rate of $15

- Overnight delivery for $45

Some heavier and bulkier items may have an additional shipping charge.

We will ship your order the same day if received by 12 pm EST Monday - Friday. Orders received after 12 pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or on a U.S. national holiday will ship the next business day.

International Orders

To place an order outside of the U.S.A., please contact us directly at orders@elaandglo.com, tell us what you would like to purchase, indicate your location and we will provide you with a shipping quote for your approval.  

Your purchase will ship via the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail International. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. International packages are not always, but most likely subject to taxes and duties, all the responsibility of the customer. They vary from country to country and are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if applicable. These fees are collected at the time of delivery. Ela & Glo is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred. Ela & Glo MUST declare the value of any international order on the package. For more information on duties and taxes contact your local customs office. 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

A separate order should be created for each shipping address and a shipping charge will apply per order.
